Filming  of the movie "CLOWN" is completed (written by Mr. Vasyl Kukhar, directed by Mr. Oleksandr Kyriienko).

The film "Clown" is a story about goodwill. The story about the "relay race for kindness". A young policeman takes it from a clown (a pensioner) and share the goodness.

The Clown is the main character. He is a lonely old man, a retired clown of the Kyiv circus. The clown shows on the bus are the only things left in his life. This is the meaning of his life. He is a true artist - he gives people a sense of holiday.

Every morning, the clown appeares on the bus that wanders around the Kyiv squares and streets. He cheers up the passengers with his tricks who are exhausted by their life worries.

This holiday is observed by another hero - a sergeant of the police. He sees that the clown donates itself to people. But in tragic circumstances, the sergeant takes the decision to continue the good deed of CLOWN.

Oleksandr Kyriienko about the project "Watch Ukrainian - create your Future!":

"The very technology of the project "Watch Ukrainian - create your Future!" is unique: to collect more than 500 Film Scripts from all over the country, then to select 100 written works, and then, to select the 20 winners by a large number of experts (84 experts) which go to the screen version.

As for me, the participation in the Project has become a peculiar challenge. Last time when I was filming a short-story film, it was my Institute times. Within the framework of this Project, the Film Scripts which should be placed in a small 3-minute timing were proposed for screening. And this specifics dictate their conditions. The small format is always the most accurate transmission of information in clear capacious shots that do not lose their content. But in this situation, the creative freedom to work on the film which was proposed by the general producer Mr. Andrii Rizol, motivetes the most.

"I see the value of this Project in the discovery of new talented names. For example, thanks to working on the films of the Project, I met and worked with a very interesting and original artist and director, Mr. Oleksandr Bykov (a hero "Pashka", the film "On one's own territory"). And, young talented Mr. Anton Solovei was invited for the role of "Sergeant" in the movie "Clown" where the main role is performed by unsurpassed Mr. Vasyl Basha. Such projects give our actors a chance to declare themselves and get interesting roles in Ukrainian cinema".

Moreover, in the framework of our Project, the actress debut of Ahlaia (5 years old), Mr. Oleksandr Kyriienko's daughter, took place in the film "Clown".
