Foundation meeting of the Project

On November 17 a foundation meeting was held at the “ZHOVTEN” cinema among the short jury members and partners of the Screenwriting Contest “YOUR OWN CINEMA” of the comprehensive project “Watch Ukrainian – create your own Future!”

During the meeting, the Project components were presented in long form by the promoter and producer Mr. Andrii Rizol. The main evaluation criteria of the contest scripts were agreed. Specific actions on dissemination of information about the Contest and Project were suggested.

The discussion that emerged within the framework of the foundation meeting confirmed the relevance of the Project.

Due to the diverse and at the same time the extremely professional jury, the Contest has grounds to become a precedent not only in the cinema sector. The Project “Watch Ukrainian – create your own Future!” has the potential to influence the development of Ukrainian society, bringing to the wider audience the life-affirming messages, the main thesis of which is: People create the Future.

The Contest is looking for Film Scripts for short-story films where the main hero is an initiative and responsible person who makes changes through actions, moves closer to the better Future, inspires others.
