Creative Consultation “Create “YOUR OWN CINEMA”

On December 7, a Creative Consultation “Create “YOUR OWN CINEMA” was held in the premises of “Ukraine” cinema for those who are interested to take part in the Film Scripts and Screenplay Ideas Contest “YOUR OWN CINEMA”

- The meeting was initiated due to requests of those who was willing to participate – Mr. Andrii Rizol, an initiator of the Project “Watch Ukrainian – create your own Future!” and the Contest “YOUR OWN CINEMA” commented the reason of having the consultation. – The reason of an idea to hold a public meeting with the Project experts and the Contest potential participants was phone calls and letters sent to the address of the Contest Organizing Committee by the potential participants.

Please be reminded that the Film Scripts and Screenplay Ideas Contest “YOUR OWN CINEMA” is searching for Screenplay Outlines for short-story films where the main hero is an initiative and responsible person who makes changes through actions, moves closer to the better Future, inspires others. The Project is implementing within the Communication Project “Watch Ukrainian – create your own Future!”

During the meeting a well-known Ukrainian film producer, Mr. Mykhailo Illienko and a film critic as well as a manager of the project “Screenwriting Studio”, Mr. Volodymyr Voitenko introduced the recommendations of their work on the Scripts for future films according to their experience. They explained the Contest topics and the main mission of the Project in general, and provided consultation assistance on Screenwriting for three-minute films.

Mr. Volodymyr Voitenko was a principle speaker and moderator of the Creative Consultation “Creating “YOUR OWN CINEMA”. He explained the specialties, showed the tools for creating the short-story Film Scripts. 

- All three topics of the Screenwriting Contest are pushing to write and film movies about the victory and success. But every creative person chooses her own genre idea and tools without any restrictions. – Mr. Volodymyr Voitenko comments.  

The Organizators of the Contest “YOUR OWN CINEMA” invite not only professional screenwriters to participate and reveal their talent. Everyone can participate in the Contest by introducing to the Contest jury a personal vision of happy Future through the fiction and real stories for film stories. We would like to point out that the Contest doesn’t have any restrictions for genre. The main conditions are the originality and relevance to the Contest topics.
