PROJECT MISSION AND TASKS

A comprehensive multi-format communication project “Watch Ukrainian – create your own future!” is created to promote Ukrainian cinema and improve the quality of public communications.

The Project comprises a complex of initiatives:

• Film scripts and screenplay ideas contest «YOUR OWN CINEMA» (November 2016 - February 2017)
• Production of Short feature films compilation based on the selected scripts after the results of the «YOUR OWN CINEMA» Contest (April 2017 - May 2018)
• Comprehensive promotion and distribution of «YOUR OWN CINEMA» short feature films compilation in cinemas and on Ukrainian TV channels (December 2017 - June 2018)
• Information campaign on the Project mission and tasks promotion (November 2016 - June 2018)
• Holding of annual Film scripts contest «YOUR OWN CINEMA»  with the further adaptation of selected screenplays 

The mission of the Project is to promote the fulfilment of human potential and formation of preconditions for entering the trajecory of sustainable development.

Tasks of the "Watch Ukrainian - create your own Future!" are to:

•  increase the number of Ukrainian cinema audience;
•  disseminate the moral velues and behavioral norms to promote the development of Ukrainian society;
•  involve new authors and young cinematographers in film production.
